I live in Bellingham WA, and we abbreviate our town as B'ham!
But I'm speaking of that city in England where big-time T&F meets are held!
It's where Keely Hodgkinson set a National Record (Great Britain), an Age 19 Record, and a Meet Record by running the 800 in a great time of 1:57.20!!
Catriona Bisset got Australia's NR in 2nd with her 1:59.46!
Natoya Goule was 3rd in 1:59.85!
It's also where Mondo Duplantis got a MR with his PV of 19-10.25, which once again broke his own Age 22 Record!
Where Grant Holloway easily won the 60H in 7.41.
Other good marks from B'ham---
Collins Kipruto's 1:45.39 beat Elliot Giles's 1:45.42 over 4 laps!
Abel Kipsang's 3:34.57 defeated Adel Mechaal's 3:35.30 in the 1500.
Kipsang is now ranked 24th A-T World!
Elaine Thompson-Herah sped the 60 in 7.08!
And Stephanie McPherson PR'ed over 400 meters in 51.39!
Torun's top mark was probably Gudef Tsegay's 3:54.77 over 1500 meters!

A solid Women's 800 saw Catriona Bisset winning in 2:00.16 over Halimah Nakaayi's 2:00.19, with the same time given to 3rd placer Tigist Girma!
I've railed against OT's since this blog began!
But here's some proof that you DON'T need an OT to run fast times!!
Notre Dame is often used by DMR teams to qualify for the NCAA Champs!
Lots of teams have gained Q's on their 352 yard track!
At the Wilson Invite, ND, Mississippi, Indiana, Princeton, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Texas all ran between 9:21.73 and 9:23.99--all excellent times--all NOT eligible for records or lists!!
Now let's see what Arkansas's 200 meter track gave us at a meet there!
Washington led the way with a brilliant 9:21.10!
This makes the Seattle team 3rd A-T School!
Alabama's 9:22.43 makes them 4th A-T School!
Oklahoma State's 9:22.70 makes them 5th A-T School!
Iowa State ran 9:24.07, making them 7th A-T School!
Arkansas followed in 9:24.56, making them 8th A-T School!
(I hope the schools from the ND race look at my list, and regret NOT seeing their team listed--at least not from the Wilson Invite race!!)

She beat the veteran Helen Obiri, whose 64:22 makes her 5th A-T World, and adds the Age 32 Record to her list of honors!
Sheila Kiprotich was 3rd in 64:36.
That's the best 3rd Place mark!
It's also 7th A-T World!
Judith Jeptum's 65:28 makes her 24th A-T World!
The Seville Marathon in Spain had some quality marks!
Aman Abderahman (sp??) won the Men's race in 2:04:43.

It's the Frosh Class Record for OUTdoors, and ranks 8th A-T HS!
Next post will have USATF results, and maybe more!
