 Hello, friends!
Sorry for the delay, but my desktop went south on me, and just got a new laptop (my first!!) yesterday!
That's my excuse for this late post, and for not reporting yet on the World Championships, now in its 3rd day!!
So let's see what happened in the days leading up to the WC's!

(This will be by event group!)

Also in Jamaica, Shericka Jackson had an explosive double, running 10.77 and 21.55!!
After a 10.70 in  the heats, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce didn't run the final!
That gave it to Jackson's 10.77, and she needed that to beat the 10.88 by Kemba Nelson!
Then came Elaine Thompson-Herah's 10.89 and the 10.94 by Brianna Williams!

Her 21.55 is the Age 27 Record, and makes her 3rd A-T World!
ET-H ended 2nd in 22.05, with SAFP timing 22.14!
For Jackson, her times of 10.76 & 21.55 adds to 32.31, making her 4th A-T World on that Combined Events list!
Add to that her 400 of 49.47, and you get 1:21.78, ranking her 7th A-T World!
Charokee Young ran a 400 in 50.19 in a heat, but Candace McLeod won the final in 50.29!
